I’m convinced it’s impossible to make Rod Serling funny.

    • Annabelle

You are entering the vicinity of an area adjacent to a location. The
kind of place where there might be a monster, or some kind of weird
mirror. These are just examples; it could also be something much better.
Prepare to enter: The Scary Door.

      • Capt Jelico

        Saw it coming

  • Duckler

It’s like poetry: Half of the time it makes absolutely no sense.

  • SilhouetteMan

  • spidertour02

That was a long way to go just to get to that joke at the end, but I laughed much more than I expected.

  • Percy Gryce

This is our Halloween gift from RLM? Trick or treat.

    Actually, I love Shaun’s monstrous mash-ups.

  • Duckler

That’s right, drunk and content dino, you’ve earned that nap.

  • Marvin Falz

May the duck hunters be blessed and always be on the lookout until Hollywood has fallen.

    • Marvin Falz

*to me the mainstream movie world is just one big monstrosity named Hollywood.

      • Cameron Vale

I guess that makes some sense, since even a mainstream movie that’s written and produced and filmed by British people in Britain will be irresistibly drawn into the vast film production infrastructure known as Hollywood.

  • bb-15

It’s nice to see many of the Plinkett suggestions for the Star Wars Prequels strung together.
And the time travel idea was cool.

  • Geahk Burchill

    These are definitely getting better.

    • Capt Jelico

Shockingly similar to the first one

  • Joe Syxpac

I have nothing clever, funny, or ironic to say about this. I guess I’ll just say how much I love Red Letter Media and how it’s my favorite thing to masturbate to.

I mean, besides Animal Planet and the Olsen twin movies.

    • Percy Gryce

Just one Olsen twin? Which one gets your rocks off?

      • Joe Syxpac

The older one of course. Jeeze! What do you think I’m a pedo or something?

        • Now I Get It

Pedo? Nnnno. To be a pedo, you’d have had to have said whichever one is on top.

    • El_Runko

Red Letter Media is my least favorite thing to masturbate to. But I still do it.

      I still do it. Always.

  • ac1d

Lea Thompson in panties in 2013 would’ve been the worst part of that film.

  • Mark Bisone

This chap’s ability to rhyme “nigga” with “nigga” is nigh superhuman.

Eat your heart out Yeats, my nigga.

  • Thanatos2k

“Holy shit, what have I done?”

I like to think the person that makes these says that every time after they finish an episode.

    • kube of Nazareth over 9000

my exact reaction every time i end up rewatching the care boars save christmas..

  • Percy Gryce

My bad: this is actually our Columbus Day gift from RLM. You know, Columbus discovered the American Country like Plinkett discovered the Undiscovered Country, i.e., the future of space.

Ol’ Chris and Harry, they’re equally important historical figures, as any teacher will tell you.

  • shogunmaster

These animated episodes are usually awful. This one was slightly better than that.

    • darius_sinclair

I agree. This was the best one yet.

  • Thanatos2k

    That’s right Jay

  • Mitchell Taco Nash

    “George Clooney in Space!”

Pretty sure that movie came out recently and it a huge critical and commercial success, even thought some people think the title is ‘only a theory’.

  • Mitchell Taco Nash

    • Now I Get It

Mike earned those stripes in the Eastern Bloc – one as a fencing instructor, the other as a gymnastics coach. He came West to recruit the Olsen twins but never went back.

  • Mitchell Taco Nash

I really, REALLY wish these videos made more sense. The animation style is fine, but the flow is terrible and the animation goes from alright at times to downright shoddy [0:25, that guy's shaking worse than Michael J Fox! and at 4:04 that duck has swimming strokes that would make him swim backwards].

Aside from that, I ate up the Star Wars part.

    • catnep

The Star Wars part was great! I don’t mind it so much being nonsensical since it kinda goes with the haphazard animation.

      • Mitchell Taco Nash

        But you’re a cat…

  • Kimmo

Theropod dinosaurs without feathers? Get on with the times, Plinkett!

  • Sparkylicious

    Really bad and shitty.

  • Soaring Phallus

These are so horrible why do you keep trying to make this work man? I love you guys, I really do. But it’s so apparent that this is shit, I can’t comprehend why you would continue to do this? If you want to animate shit go for some original idea of yours, I’m sure you have some and are more than capable. I guarantee it’ll be better than this and received a lot more positive manner. The whole Plinkett shit in terms of an animated series just does not work, please stop it guys, please.

I’ll admit there are some alright parts but it’s obvious you’re trying to force the Plinkett thing to work as an animated thing, and it just doesn’t. Please use your good ideas on an original series if you’re so bent on animating things.

  • Mitchell Taco Nash

Are you saying you made this comment before 1987?

  • bb-15

I watch the animated episodes, because I like the weird humor and this is about as good as the others.
    - But this is the first episode I’ve watched more than once.
The reason is to again hear Mike’s (Plinkett’s) suggestions about the Star Wars prequels (put together in a summary). What Mike/Plinkett has said about what Lucas should have done makes so much sense.

  • Mitchell Taco Nash

    Space Cop.

  • Paul Schumann

This is the best one yet Shaun!
