Phil looks exactly like Jack Osbourne.
Seems this episode doesn’t get much viewer interest. I find this one has good re-watch value because it covers so many films that it’s easy to forget exactly what was said, and it’s fun to watch you guys talk about truly absurd or awful movies.
It’s also interesting to see Jay sort of take the reins for an episode. Mike usually takes center stage, he’s a bit more quiet than usual here.
I’ve got family up in Chicago.. Other than a ticket, what does it take to get into this fest? I need to come up for one of these some time.
there seem to be tension between mike and the guest
Why does this only have 4 comments? This really raises the chances of Mike and/or Jay reading this! Spotlights on me…and I have nothing impressive to say…
Please do another one of these for 2013’s B-Fest!
Wow. That Yeti movie looks painful. I could get into all the other ones in the its-so-bad-its-good way.
That’s one of my favorite endings to an episode. I just love it when they trash the place
Oh man they love trashing their sets
Yay! TYT footage!!
Oh no!!! They broke their TV table! I guess I will have to watch the next one to see if they fix it or just replace it
Best HITB ever!
The comments must have gotten reset or some such. Yeah, that’s all I have to contribute.
It is purely sexual.
Put cho wait on it!
Weight* LOL. Hey, I`m a BLTB after all.
OMG, The Avenging Godfather sounds like Dave Chapelle’s impression of Samuel L Jackson.
My first reaction was Bullhorn from ‘Black Dynamite’.
It’s the same actor
I’m guessing they didn’t go back to B-Fest in 2013. Or if they did, they didn’t make a video out of it.
The laughter of Rich Evans would have prevented sleep. Take him.
I had the brown version of that small blue chair! Never threw it a table, though.
Disco Godfather is on TCM right now. I can’t make it…I just can’t make it through…
You folks that live for bad movies have a gift…
Put yo weight on it!
Wizard telekinesis’d the table… manually!
TCM periodically plays ‘Disco Godfather’ for some baffling reason.
What has Robert Osborne had?!
I’ve been trying for the last six hours to understand what Rudy Ray Moore means with that phrase and now I have a headache and have gained no ground.
For those wanting to purchase a fuck-saw:
“Meets GREMLINS, meets HARRY AND THE HENDERSONS, meets…”
MEETS LOAF. MEETS! LOAF! I need a time machine.
These guys had never seen Best of the Best? That was a huge hit in the video shops of Britain (well, Birmingham and Coventry)! Chris Penn gives a Korean guy his hat in a touching bro-love moment, and the sequel with Wayne Newton is bringing back memories of tuxedo’d men and cocktail dress women seeing blood splatter against the glass and a neck snapping ending. I never saw E.T. as a child.
This video is the reason I was at B-Fest 2016 and it was a great experience. It really is a fun crowd; nerds of all ages talking and shouting to the screen never got old during the whole 24 hours and I was surprised at how generally funny people were. Highlights were The Human Tornado and Roar, the latter being one of the most magical movie-watching experiences of my entire life. Blood Mania was shit, though. I can’t believe I forced myself to stay awake through that. Overall 10/10, totally going back next year. Jay and Josh were there, too.
Did you speak to them?
I did not. I wanted to, but I also didn’t wanna be “that guy” fanboying it up while they’re trying to enjoy B-Fest. If any of them are there next year, though, I’ll definitely try and thank them for making this episode, otherwise I’d have never known about such a great event.
